Snug proves a hit in Japan

Through Kotobuki, Sutcliffe Play’s distributor in Japan, children visiting Hokkaido Okhotsk Park, have been able to enjoy playing with the exciting and dynamic large scale kit.
The state park which includes a camp site, golf course, multi-purpose sports field and play areas was opened in 1994.
This year, to tackle falling visitor numbers, the park decided to invest in a new indoor play area and consulted with the Selection Board which includes teachers, nurses and mothers on the ideal equipment.
After consultation with the board, Snug was selected among other candidates proposed by several companies. Since the play room opened in September 2008 Snug has received a fantastic response from children and parents alike.
Kotobuki comments: “Since the playroom was opened we have received excellent feedback from everyone.
Parents and staff at the park are all delighted with the children’s response to the kit. The kit allows them to use their imagination and develop social skills whilst having fun!”
