How long will Snug last?If looked after Snug will last many years. It is manufactured from durable materials. The parts that may suffer wear and tear, e.g. rubber feet, are easily replaceable and can be purchased as spares. |

What is the product guarantee?All Snug products are guaranteed for 2 years against poor materials or workmanship, provided they are used and maintained in accordance with the manufactures instructions supplied with your Snug prodcut. |

How do I store Snug?We have developed a special Snug storage unit that can be purchased in addition to the kit. The storage is designed to house everything except Cones, the Loop and the Mound which are designed to stay out in the playground. The dimensions of the storage are 2.4m wide x 1.7m deep x 1.7m high. If you would like to store in your own storage unit, you would need a similar footprint. |

How long does it take to put away and bring out??It takes a group of 8 children and an adult about 5 minutes to take all the Snug kit out of the store. |

Do we need to install Snug ourselves and if so how do we do this. How many adults are needed?No ground installation is required. If you are buying a Snug kit, our delivery drivers can build the mould up into a starter configuration. If installing yourself the mound will need bolting together into your chosen configuration. This is simple, instructions and the necessary tools are supplied with the kit. This can be done by a Teacher/Site Services. |

Is Snug suitable for children with special needs?Yes, it was designed with them in mind and has been tested in a special school. |

Is Snug safe? Does Snug conform to the appropriate Standards?As Snug is a new concept and made up of loose parts, there is no European Standard that is totally applicable. Snug has however been designed in the spirit of EN1176, which is the standard appropriate to fixed play equipment. It has also been developed in close consultation with RoSPA the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents who have concluded that they "believe Snug is a product that is well suited to primary school playgrounds and is suitably safe". |
